ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

The e-commerce website of FELIKA , with registered office at Gierlastraat 25, 9310 Moorsel, VAT BE0792.288.971, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its online store online.

FELIKA reserves the right to change sales prices at any time. However, the purchased products and services will always be invoiced at the prices stated in the email confirming the order. These are the prices applicable at the time of purchase.

The price statement applies exclusively to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.


ARTICLE 3: OFFER

ARTICLE 4: ONLINE PURCHASES

The products and services are offered for sale via the website www.decobyfelika.be . You can purchase via our website using the shopping cart. After we have received your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.

The Customer can choose between the following payment methods:

FELIKA is entitled to refuse an order (in writing) due to a serious shortcoming on the part of the Customer with regard to the order or any other order or agreement in which the Customer is involved.


ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY AND EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT

Our webshop clearly states which products are in stock and can be delivered within 7 days. An indicative delivery time is always stated for products that we do not have in stock. The delivery costs are calculated depending on your order in your 'shopping cart'.

Deliveries are made to the front door. If the customer wishes to receive his goods on a floor, we can arrange this with our transporter for an additional charge. Items ordered through this online store are delivered in Belgium.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcomings of an item or other shortcomings during delivery must be reported by the Customer to info@decobyfelika.be within 48 hours of receipt .

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by FELIKA .

ARTICLE 6: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of FELIKA until full payment has been made by the Customer . If necessary, the Customer undertakes to inform third parties of FELIKA's retention of title, e.g. to anyone who would seize items that have not yet been fully paid for.


ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online from FELIKA in their capacity as consumers . In accordance with the law of 30 December 2013 regarding Book VI of the Code of Economic Law “market practices and consumer protection”, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform FELIKA , Gierlastraat 25 - 9310 Moorsel , info@decobyfelika.be by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to FELIKA, Gierlastraat 25 - 9310 Moorsel, without delay , but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to FELIKA . The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer. If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, FELIKA reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer. goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the Customer revokes the agreement, FELIKA will reimburse the Customer for all payments received up to that time, including the cost of standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 30 calendar days after FELIKA has been informed of the Customer's decision to to revoke the agreement. In the case of sales contracts, FELIKA may withhold reimbursement until it has received all the goods back or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by FELIKA will not be refunded.

FELIKA will reimburse the Customer using the same payment method with which the Customer performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY

Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of purchase by (if applicable, delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights. To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
