  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping Belgium and the Netherlands:

Felika will pay the shipping costs above a purchase amount of 100.

For amounts under €100 you pay 5.99 for shipping costs.


* You must pay shipping costs to return your item yourself.


Shipping France:

Felika will pay the shipping costs above a purchase amount of €100.

Between €50 and €100 you pay €8.99 for shipping costs, under 50 euros you pay €14.99.

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link by email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Felika strives for fast delivery of the products. If you place an order before 12 noon on working days, we aim to process your order the same day and deliver it the next day. Our average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

  • Please note that for orders placed during the weekend, the delivery time may be extended by 1 working day!
  1. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a Bpost location for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the driver, which also states the collection location. After these 7 days, Bpost will send the shipment back to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it is the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, an investigation will be started by Bpost 14 days after the indicated delivery date, we will keep you informed about this informed until the end of the study.

    Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or that are not in their original condition.
